Sunday Scaries Art Group

Ease into your week with intentional creativity.

Sunday nights can be stressful—your mind racing with to-do lists and the pressure of the week ahead. That’s where we come in. The Sunday Scaries Art Group is a supportive online space where creativity meets self-care. Each Sunday night, we gather and use art as a tool to ease anxiety, spark joy, and set a positive tone for the week to come.

What to expect

  • No Experience Necessary

Whether you’re a professional artist or haven’t touched a craft in years, this is a space for everyone to create.

  • Guided Sessions

Each week, we’ll explore simple, creative activities designed to relax your mind and center your spirit.

  • Community Connection

Share inspiration and receive support from a like-minded group of people navigating similar stresses.

  • Flexible Materials

Use what you already have at home—yarn, paints, clay— whatever sparks your creativity! Or connect with the facilitator for recommendations.

Meet the Facilitator

Hi! I’m Kaitlin Maud-Moon. I am a mixed media artist based in Austin, TX. As a researcher, teacher, and coach I have been leading in-person and online groups of all shapes and sizes for the past 10+ years. Most recently I have been leading art groups with tweens and artists with disabilities. Now I am excited to support folks in their self-care!

I did my coaching training through Co-Active and see my role as creating accountability, helping to question/ reframe/ challenge, and holding the intention of the group. If you have any questions or hesitations, feel free to contact me!
