Art Therapy and creative counseling for healing, growth, & connection

I offer individual art therapy, group art therapy, and creative counseling for adults who want to feel more grounded, capable, and connected. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, or stress; adjusting to a major life transition like a career change, divorce, or move; exploring your identity; or building skills to support your neurodivergent brain, I create spaces where creativity becomes a powerful tool for insight, healing, and growth. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your needs- no art experience necessary.

Below, you’ll find information about my current offerings, including one-on-one art therapy sessions, ongoing and short-term groups, and rates. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to make services as accessible as possible through sliding scale options.
