Corporate Workshops &

Creative Well-Being Programs

For Teams, Leaders, and Organizations

When teams are overwhelmed and burnt out, creativity, collaboration, and psychological safety suffer. And traditional off-sites or wellness talks rarely create meaningful change.

I design and facilitate art-based corporate workshops that help teams reconnect to themselves, each other, and the work they’re doing. These sessions are experiential, trauma-informed, and grounded in behavioral health research- while still being energizing, creative, and accessible for people of all skill levels.

I bring a blended background in the arts, mental health, and corporate culture. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade leading workshops, off-sites, and ideation sessions for major brands, creative agencies, and high-performing teams. Today, I integrate that experience with my clinical training to create workshops that offer both immediate impact and lasting insight.

Why Art-Based Workshops Work

Art-making ignites parts of the brain and nervous system that are bypassed in typical meetings, slide decks, and strategy sessions. In a group setting, these methods help teams:

  • Reduce stress and prevent burnout

  • Strengthen trust, communication, and psychological safety

  • Increase creativity and problem-solving capacity

  • Access deeper insight and emotional intelligence

  • Reconnect to meaning and purpose at work

  • Build resilience in complex or fast-paced environments

  • Using your hands off your laptops

No artistic skill is required- the value is in the process, not the product.

Burnout Prevention (aka Stress-less)

A highly experiential workshop that helps teams understand burnout, notice its early signs, and learn creative strategies to regulate stress and stay grounded at work.

Creativity & Collaboration Lab

Art-based activities that help teams loosen rigid thinking, share ideas more freely, and experience psychological safety through nonverbal collaboration.

Values, Vision & Mission Through Art

A hands-on way for teams to articulate shared purpose, align around collective goals, and create visual artifacts that anchor future decision-making.

Creative Reset (aka ā€œPlay & Possibilityā€)

A playful, energizing workshop that helps teams break out of routine through collaborative art-making and creative exploration—leaving everyone refreshed, connected, and re-inspired.

My Background

I bring a unique combination of creative, clinical, and corporate experience into my role as a facilitator.

  • Art Therapist & researcher with experience working across diverse populations and needs

  • Former strategist for major brands having spent more than 10 years facilitating workshops, ideation sessions, retreats, and convenings for both in-person and remote teams

  • Experienced educator and speaker for conferences, universities, and national organizations

  • Training in trauma-informed facilitation, mindfulness, and experiential learning

  • Deep knowledge of (and experience with) workplace burnout and systemic pressures

This blend allows me to create programs for teams with both structure and depth- balancing emotional safety with creativity and strategic insight.
